Goals

TB12 wanted to increase Average Order Value and top line sales, along with large orders, and to help their customers to get in the right mind-set.

Solution

TB12 offered $12 to its customers who spent over $100, to give that money to any charity of their choice.

Results

With their campaign, TB12 increased overall sales with 14%, increased in proportion of orders over $100+ 13% , and achieved an overall increase in Average Order Value with 5%.
